His name is William (Bill) Henry, DOB 4/7/68. He lived in San Diego and
was last known to be in contact with the family on July 16, 1998. He is a
young man who has always been close to his family and has never gone
longer than a week between phone calls. Bill was returning home to the
Rochester, NY area when his car was found abandoned in Laguna
Beach, CA on July 21, 1998 with his wallet in it and all of his I.D. Bill may
have been seen during the week of August 3rd, 1998 in Fontana, CA,
where he had attended trucking school. It is possible that Bill could be
disoriented.
He may have a mustache and/or beard since this photo.
